Rest for the soul...

"Truly my soul finds rest in God;

my salvation comes from him." Psalm 62:1

Let us be mindful that God is always with us.

We have committed ourselves to this walk- to grow closer to our God, to pray for our Haitian friends, and to care for our bodies.

Also...also...God is with us. Always. And so, if we can't walk today, if our hearts want to run today but we just can't, if a swim today just isn't happening....it is okay. Breathe in the warmth of a Haitian lake and trees and mountains and beautiful sunshine.

And rest in God.
