on forgetting to pray...

"Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise." James 5:13

Things I never forget: the poor, the hungry, the grieving, the lonely. Things I never forget to do: reach out to those on the margins, speak for the voiceless, listen to the lonely, advocate for those with no advocate, feed the hungry, encourage those who have given up hope.

God forgive me...sometimes, in the midst of doing...I forget to pray. Father, help me to be the hands and feet of Your Son here on earth...and remind me to always, always, return to you.
